CAMPAIGN WORK FOR JACK & JONES 2017.
Content development for Customer Relation Management channels:
creative brief for product pictures, graphic design and community building content.
The content development is based on an existing campaign brief, consisting of a campaign identity and model images. I was responsible for creating extra content optimised for newsletters and social media, ensuring that the content-look was coherent with the overall campaign, while also in line with the business need of promoting certain products. Furthermore taking into consideration, which kind of content had earlier proven to trigger the target audience on the CRM channels.
IDENTIFYING WITH THE TARGET AUDIENCE
I helped identify the strength of regramming early on in my work with social media at JACK & JONES. Regrams continuously help the brand to develop a strong community with their followers, because placing follower’s content on the same level as official content, is a way of saying you are part of our brand. This makes the target audience feel seen and feel proud. The approach works for
JACK & JONES, because it is an inclusive and affordable brand and being inclusive on social platforms, contributes to a coherent brand experience.
